Long Term Stays

Place Pollonnais in January

During the shoulder months we welcome long term guests and will offer attractive rates to match their requirements.

The apartments are extremely comfortable for winter stays as both are fitted with electrical central heating and dual air condition systems. While you can expect bright sunny weather during the winter months the evenings can turn cold and it is nice to have some heating.

The location of the apartments on Avenue General Gallieni ensures that they are ideal for students attending the Institute Francaise which is a ten minute walk and in the evenings when the students gather in the restaurants they are close to our apartments
